Thursday, June 17:

"Overview of the Renovate, Repair and Painting Rule" with Victor Valadez of the Environment Protection Agency (EPA).

The new EPA law that went into effect in April could cost you THOUSANDS if you don't do it right.  Federal law now requires contractors, that are hired to perform renovation repair and painting projects in homes, child care facilities and schools built before 1978 and disturb lead-based paint, to be certified and follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination.  This include all people buying and selling real estate for profit.

This is information you need to know!  See you at the meeting!

Thursday, May 20:

"Private Money Cash Machine"  National Speaker, Bob Leonetti.  You guys are in for a real treat.  I have heard Bob speak and teach at two events and really loved him.  You don't want to miss this one.

Bob has more than 18 years teaching/coaching experience, thousands of satisfied students, 8 books and countless educational seminars, video, audio and other real estate finance products to his credit. He’s a licensed Mortgage Banker, former Mortgage Broker, and currently president of Austin-based SMI Funding, a spinoff from the company he founded in 1992 and took public in 2000:  Success Financial Services Group. Bob has presented on almost every major real estate stage in the industry, including Ron LeGrand, Lou Brown, Richard Roop and Ben Pargman, to name just a few. Bob is involved in numerous private money raising deals and regularly assists private lenders in obtaining returns far in excess of what they could earn in traditional bank type investments. He currently refers to himself as a “recovering” mortgage banker, and spends his time pursuing his passions of real estate investing, writing, teaching, and of course, cooking and winemaking.

Here is some of the things Bob will be talking about

  • How to find, obtain and use private money investors' funds for your deals so you never need to go begging for bank money again!
  • How to build an individual investor program and investor friendly "mafia offer" that private money lenders simply can't refuse!
  • How to find private lenders already looking for deals like theirs who are happy to loan money at rates as low as 6% to 8%!
  • The 7 deadly mistakes to avoid when raising private money for real estate investments (make these and you may find yourself in a lawsuit or even in jail)!
  • What to ask to qualify prospective private money lenders and how to use Lender Interest Questionnaires to be sure you are dealing with the right types of investors!
  • What to say to private lenders to gain instant rapport and have them begging to lend you money!
  • How to find prospects with money to lend through networking, public records and the Internet!
  • How to get deals in front of a little known private network of over 4,000 investors who have asked to receive deals just like theirs!
