As we all know, using a Lease/Option or doing a straight rental to generate cash flow work, but you're still responsible for the upkeep of the property if you already own it. If you're buying a property and using a Lease/Option, that's great too, but what if the seller has a 'trust' issue? What if you can qualify for a new mortgage, but your credit is maxed out? Would you like to learn about an alternative strategy that will still give you control of the property, but not have to qualify for a mortgage?

Most people know that when you're selling on a Lease/Option, they only work about 5% of the time and part of that reason is because potential buyers still don't own the property. They still have "renter's" mentality. By selling them the property on a Wrap Mortgage they now take care of everything. Taxes, insurance and upkeep.
