"Deal Analysis" with member Paul Pedri
Getting the numbers right is the single most
important thing that an investor does. Get it right, you make money. Get
it wrong and lose a bunch of money! This Deal Analysis talk will get you on
the right track to making sure you are making money. We will discuss
everything that you must look at and evaluate to get it right!!! We will
start with all the numbers you need to look at and end up on how to comp
properties as an investor and come up with the real number that it will sell
for. How Paul teaches you to comp properties is VERY different from what
most realtors will do. This is a MUST HAVE talk for any investor!!!

Thursday, August 19:
"Denver Metro Real Estate Trends" with member John Thomas
and Your Castle Real Estate real estate agent
The Your Castle Real Estate market trends class
provides an analytical overview of the major real estate trends in our
Denver Metro residential market. Property records and data are reviewed at
many different levels (neighborhood, zip code, town, region, etc.) in order
to gain a deep understanding of the local real estate conditions. In
addition, we compare historical data with current economic data to try to
predict what lies ahead. You will leave this session with a solid
understanding of the residential and income housing market in and around
Denver and which areas have had the best and worst appreciation. The data
will show that the time is becoming right to invest in Denver and the trends
suggest that today's real estate investors who understand what the market is
telling them are poised to do very well over the next few years. This class
is good for buyer agents, seller agents and investors or anyone interested
in a comprehensive review of current Denver Metro real estate market trends.
